For help in tailoring of a program that meets individual needs and interests, students will have two advisors from different disciplines. The individualized program must be submitted for approval to the International Studies Council (ISC) by the end of the student's sophomore year.
Travel related courses such as INS 280 may be substituted for listed courses in the student's field.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Optional senior thesis: supervised by the respective advisors and defended before advisors and one outside reader. The thesis topic must be approved by the first semester of the senior year. 0-4

STUDY ABROAD REQUIREMENTS
One semester in a program abroad previously approved by advisors, for example our well-established programs in France, England, China, or Russia. In addition, individualized programs can be arranged in almost any country. Credits will apply to program requirements.
