Title II, Higher Education Act

In October 1998, the U.S. Congress enacted amendments to the Higher Education Act requiring institutions of higher education to report the "pass rate" of graduates on tests required by the State for teacher certification. For 2018-2019, the institution pass rate for UMF was 100% reinforcing the excellence of UMF's programs and the quality of its graduates.
